1. Applicant will have to make total payment, deposit and taxes as applicable in advance for the function. Except the deposit no other amount will be refunded in case of the cancellation of booking.
2. Applicant will have to obtain necessary required permissions & / or licenses Applicable for the function/ Programe / Celebration as per prevailing rules from the authorities concerned. (State, Central, Local or other)
3. Applicant and / or his guests will be responsible for all consequences in case of either kind of illegal act & or for the breach of any prevailing Law or Law of Prohibition.
4. Limited vehicles will be permited inside the Farm/Resort premises at the owners risk & responsibilities. All other vehicles of Applicants and his guests will not be allowed to park inside the premises. Vehicles parked outside the Farm/Resort will be at their owners risk & responsibilities. Allowing vehicle inside the farm premises shall be at sole descretion of our Company.
5. Dancing in Barat procession between main gate and restaurant creating obstacles in free movement of other customers & other vehicles will not be allowed.
6. Company will not be responsible for any accidents/mishap whether caused by the use of electrical gadgets, mechanical appliances etc or by natural calamities or any other reason resulting in failure of any facility, function failure and loss or damage to the applicant, his guest’s or invites or their belongings.
7. Applicant will be responsible and will have to keep his own security for the safety of his or his guest’s & invities belongings and valuables.
8. Applicant will have to take care of cleanliness & will have to maintain our premisses in good condition.
9. In case of any damage to our property by applicant or his guests / invities, the Applicant will be liable/ responsible and will have to pay good for loss / damages incurred to the Company in full.
10. Use of firecrackers and diggings are not permitted in the premises. Pets are also not allowed.
11. Entry in the fountain, water storage tank, waterfalls etc situated in our premises is strictly prohibited.
12. Applicant will have to depute his own qualified and govt. approved electrician / decorator for the function.
13. The Applicant will have to vacant the premises as per the terms of booking no sooner his function is over (by 12.00 midnight.)
14. The applicant, his guests / invities will have to obey instructions & co-operate with the staff peacefully.
15. Tandoor will only be allowed at its fix place. Putting Ice or Hot vessels in Lawn is not permitted.
16. Entry of vehicles in lawns is not permitted.
17. Company reserve the right unconditionaly to ask to vacate the premises without giving ny reason, if the aforesaid terms and conditions are not followed by the applicant, his guests etc.
18. Nothing above or herein concerned shall be deemed to constitute the relationship of landlord and tenant. The Narayani Farm Pvt. Ltd. will be in full control and exclusive possession of the premises under any & all circumstances.
19. Applicant will have to celebrate his function at his entire risk, cost & responsibility & shall keep the Company indemnfied from all losses / damages due to the function / Celebration.
20. The Farm & Resort will not be responsible in case of power failure due to any reason whatsoever.
21. Except the existing facilities, all additional facility will be provided e.g. camp fire, photography Trolly’s electric connection, Additional Security personals, Eight A.c Cottage-Rooms, Glass light, Flower Decoration, Two marriage arrangement together-additional Raja chair and Chori, etc on chargeble basis by paying charges in advance
22. The applicant will have to obey strictly the checkout time of banquet lawn at 12.00 midnight.
23. Under no circumstances or excuse, no deduction will be agreed or allowed in the outstanding dues if any. The applicant will have to make full & final payment.
24. The Company reserves the right to add, alter and amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules alongwith the right of admission.
25. For Determination / Arbitration / Settlement of all legal matters jurisdiction will be of Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar only.
